Aviation related internships for High School Students?
Hi! I am a junior in high school, and I am looking for an internship this summer. I am interested in engineering, mainly focusing on aeronautical engineering, and I was wondering if you know of any internships that are available. I love aviation too, so if you know of any internships like air traffic controllers or something like that, that would be awesome! I live in Massachusetts...so anything near New England, or if it pays for transportation? Any guidance will be greatly appreciated! Thank You

- I would suggest that you visit your local airport and see what they have to offer. I used to work at a flight school (FBO) in Ma. and we had quite a few high school students that came to work with us over the summer. You may also want to look into joining the Civil Air Patrol http://www.cap.gov/visitors/quick_info/for_students.cfm This is a great program for younger people to get involved in aviation, and I know that have a great program located at Plymouth Airport.
