What questions in a technical interview do they ask when pursuing an aviation job?

1. Usually you'll have a lot of questions relating to fuel burn, navigation, wind, glide rates under weird circumstances (no engine, partial power, etc), aerodynamics, climb and descend rates. You tend to get a good knowledge of this just by getting your commercial license anyway. Most of it is common sense, once you have a handle on that, the interviews are not so hard :-) You have a lot of competition, so you need to stand out not so much in what you know, but who you are and who you know.
