points on the history of aviation?
please tell me the history of indian aviation and the impact its been having on the Indian economy.a few points will do

- The first indian commercial plane was owned by the Tatas. The first flight was between mumbai and karachi.Tata himself flew the plane. Later the government took over the company and started indian airlines and Air india. The impact of aviation in indian economy is so much that today most of the works are finished in a day or two, while in good old days it used to take weeks together. Transportaion from one place to another in any part of india takes only few hours now. So the works get done very fast.. Further the cargo planes take care of needs of emergency needs of food, medicines and essential goods. Air ambulance today transports emergency patients from any remote part of india to the best hospitals for treatment.
- Our aviation industry is growing fastly... There are great demands for commercial pilots,airhostess,aeronautical emgineers,airport officers etc... The chance of getting a job in aviation is very high and now its contribution is low to indian economy..In future the face will change...Government is taking all necessary steps like opening our sky free for international airlines,developing the existing airports,modernizing international airports,,,,
