Marine corps aviation?
What do the marine use as a troop carring/ assualt helicopter. Why dont they just use blackhawks like the army

- The Marines use the CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter as its troop transport/assault role. The main reason for using the Sea Knight rather than the Blackhawk is for its amphibious capabilities. The Marine Corps still trains heavily for amphibious assaults.
