watersprout near changi airport?

according to aviation laws in Singapore,can/cannot aircraft departing/arriving to Singapore changi airport can take-off/land if there are any weather sittings like watersprouts nearby?

  1. I dunno. Waterspouts are tornadoes over the water. I would imagine that they would not let aircraft enter the area. Why would you even want to?
  2. Weather phenomenon such as severe thunderstorms or in this case, a waterspout event are ultimately the responsibility of the pilots. To hold off the take-off or the landing ,rest with the flying crew taking into consideration the severity and proximity of the weather. Flying near extensive thunderstorms may sometime be unavoidable but flying into the waterspout is probably a No No! :)
  3. Can you make this an intelligible question? If you are asking about Singaporean aviation law, then why are you asking the question here and not of your Department of Civil Aviation? Most of what you get here will be ill-informed crap from recreational aviators/Flightsim drivers..
